Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any of our products. Of course, this is a government and consumer law mandate for your health and safety, but it also makes absolute sense. Our condoms are for intimate use: once sold and delivered, they’re yours. Thank you for your understanding and support! 


How do we ensure you wouldn’t want to return or exchange them?

  1. We’ve done our best to add all the relevant information that you need (even if you don’t know it yet) about the condoms you’re about to buy. We’re regularly adding newer, updated information to ensure complete transparency and help in your purchase decision.
  2. We’re going above and beyond to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition: sealed packaging, latest production (even though condoms have a shelf life of up to 5 years), and sanitized packaging. 

Lest you think that’s not enough, we encourage you to share photos of the product you receive if it has a damaged, unsealed, or opened-during-transit packaging at community@thesalad.org within 48 hours of product delivery. We’ll work with our Quality Control team to assess and do the necessary due diligence before offering a complimentary product as a resolution.
